The Mutual
Aid Fund of the Association of Greek Actors (TASEI) is an organization of the
association based on solidarity and mutual assistance between its members. It
provides various "welfare services" such as doctors and pregnancy
benefits. It also carries out actions and events to help colleagues who are in
a difficult financial situation but also in order to honor its members.
This year's
5th edition of the Diary - Album (2022), on the theme of the 100th anniversary
of the tragic Asia Minor Catastrophe of 1922, a national landmark for Greece,
includes in addition to the calendar and diary, a presentation for the first
time of all 80 surviving ancient Greek theaters (out of 550 that existed), all
the artists who transmitted the Asia Minor culture to their homeland-Greece and
those who originate from Asia Minor and Pontus. It is also enriched with the
dates of births and deaths of Greek Actors (over 7000 dates to date).
The sales
revenue of this unique collectible diary - album is collected every year in
order to provide assistance to the affected by crisis actors and to carry out
other important actions of TASEI.
